Whoa, this Java vulnerability must be serious

Seems like everywhere we look people are warning about Java due to a vulnerability that hasn't yet been fixed. So when the Department of Homeland Security is warning about it, maybe it's time to take it seriously. Click that link for instructions for disabling Java.

Via Naked Security which has instructions that are easier to find and follow.

Or, just go to the Java website and follow those instructions for disabling the software. Hopefully, they'll come up with a better fix. Or if enough computer users find they can get along without Java it just might become another dinosaur program.
