I'm generally against class action law suits. But that may be the only way to coerce Google into ceasing to discriminate against conservative men. Google would scoff at any fine the government would assess --- their progressive agenda is likely so important to them that they would consider a piddling fine as an expense of doing business the way they want.
Maybe the class action suit would also be just a part of the cost of doing business. And it would probably not change any deep seated attitudes.
The suit charges that Google’s management “goes to extreme—and illegal—lengths to encourage hiring managers to take protected categories such as race and/or gender into consideration as determinative hiring factors, to the detriment of Caucasian and male employees and potential employees.”
The article goes on to quote someone who says the suit will be a hard one for Damore to win. But it's a step.
