There really isn't anything magic about this picture, and it's rather amateurish by present standards. But it captures a lot that is West Texas today.
Taken on a recent stormy day, it shows a drilling rig, mesquite bushes, yellow flowers, a wind farm, a rain storm, and a pickup truck with a trailer. Maybe there's a country song in there somewhere, too.
That's a terrific photo!
