When it rains it pours

Rain Gauge 2&half inches Too bad the rain we got Wednesday and Thursday couldn't have been spread over a longer period of time, say about three weeks. The backyard rain gauge I got 2/3rds inch on Wednesday, and Thursday it collected 2 ½ inches.

Let's see, that comes to ... um ... let's see, 2 ½ plus another 2/3. OK, it's 3.16 inches.
