Rick Menchaca fired by San Marcos City Council

We didn't predict it, but given Midland's experience with Mr. Menchaca, we shouldn't be surprised.  San Marcos Mercury headline:

Oh, poor San Marcos. The city of Midland learned the hard way that a city manager contract favorable to Rick Menchaca would cost the city plenty.
