Ezra Klein's graph shows us liberalism's hurdle

In one simple graph. The Gallup poll asked whether big government, big business or big labor was the biggest threat to the U.S. in the future. Big government was the winner with 64%. Link.

But as Klein pointed out, those opinions don't seem to be much of a factor when it comes to the vote. Maybe that's because in the past neither party did much to stem government growth. Will it be different next time? We'll see.
