Cooking cookies in a hot car -- does that work?

Found this photo here, and it actually looks doable.

But at least one recipe says chocolate chip cookies need to be cooked 10 minutes at 350ºF. The inside of a car on a hot day may exceed 200ºF, but is that enough to cook a cookie?

If nothing else, it would generate a nice aroma. Forget that new car smell, it's cookies all the way home, baby!
