It was just last month that leaked Sony emails revealed some Sony execs speculating about what movies President Obama would have seen -- movies depicting African Americans in one role or another. By the standards of last month, that was racist and warranted an apology.
But this is a new year, and President Obama was very public about screening "Selma" in the White House for special guests. So doesn't that pretty much confirm what the Sony execs were saying?
The goal posts of racism move so quickly it's hard to keep up. On the other hand, maybe it's all just partisan politics. Yeah, I'm going partisan politics.
