The annual Shot Show could be the most premier gun show in the country. But unfortunately, it's not open to ordinary shooters. So when you see statements like the following, it's a good reminder that journalists don't generally know a lot about guns, gun shows, and the like. To wit:
Separate from the awards ceremony, the SHOT show annually draws thousands of attendees ranging from typical gun owners looking to see the latest firearms to hit the market, to manufacturers attempting to stand out among the competition.
It's basically a trade show for makers to show retailers their wares. All the "typical gun owners" get are tantalizing glimpses from someone who was actually allowed in. Hey, what do you know? Here's one right here.
I like this cute little 6 shot Kimber you see above. But as the "world’s lightest small-frame six-round .357 Magnum revolver," shooting more than a few rounds through it might be a bit hard on the hands.
Oh, almost forgot. Donald Trump made an appearance there, too.
