There are a few people with the verbal skill to explain complex subjects in concise, easy to understand, explanations. Glenn Reynolds has that skill. And here's an example as he explains what Hillary Clinton did in two simple sentences:
She wanted to maintain FOIA immunity by ensuring that her emails were never in the custody of the State Department. She did that by breaking the law on handling classified information, and by making high-level secrets readily available to our enemies.
The motive, the act, and the result -- the whole story summed up in two sentences. Impressive.
