Remember Code Pink? Cindy Sheehan? The anti-war movement that got so much media coverage during the Bush administration? After the election they vanished from our TV screens. They didn't go away, they just lost their coverage and as a result, their funding and momentum. Code Pink is trying for a comeback, but there's no place for them in the current election cycle.
That's the route Black Lives Matter is on. Once they've served their purpose -- getting a Democrat elected president -- they're done. The media and Democrat biggies won't need them. They'll lose the TV coverage, and they'll become has-beens.
If they want to avoid that fate they should hope for a Trump victory.
