Ron Paul is shilling for system that preserves food 25 years -- he's one optimistic pessimist

Ron Paul has radio commercials in which he shills for Harvest Right, the company that makes a freeze dryer for home use. Dr. Paul proclaims that freeze drying food will preserve it for 25 years.

Cue the irony detectors. Paul is pessimistic enough to think he needs to preserve food for as long as 25 years. He's 81 years old. Now that is one optimistic pessimist.
