Every time I visit Carpe Diem I come away in awe of Mark J. Perry's research skill and analytical ability.
Take for example, this article: Women’s voices might be scarce in economics, but they are abundant and over-represented in most academic fields and graduate school overall. There he produces some charts showing that degree recipients in 10 fields of study -- 11 if you count "other" -- the number of females outnumber males in all but four categories: business, engineering, mathematics and computer science, and physical and earth science.
But hat really doesn't answer the tease question of who is smarter, it merely tells us men's and women's brains work differently.
