Hugh Hewitt's show gone from MSNBC

It probably wasn't a very good fit, and the broadcast time -- 7:00AM CDT Saturday -- was atrocious.

So it shouldn't be that surprising that MSNBC pulled the plug on The Hugh Hewitt Show. Watch his announcement at mediaite.com: Conservative MSNBC Host Hugh Hewitt Announces Cancellation of Show.

I made a practice of recording the show for later watching. But as to the suggestion that Hewitt's competition was Fox News, I would suggest that C-Span's Washington Journal might have more appeal then either of those shows.
