Driving Corollary number 1 -- the more frequently the driver change lanes the less use the blinker gets

A friend sent me this jpg with the pithy connection between old and new technology.

And it reminded me to put into a corollary my own observation about blinkers on vehicles that are constantly changing lanes. To wit:

There is an inverse proportion between frequency with which the driver changes lanes and frequency the driver turns on the blinker.

If it happens out here in sleepy flyover country it must be quite common in the big cities.
