For what it's worth, stock market fear index is in bullish territory

We talked about the Fear & Greed Index a month ago when it was 18 which they called "extreme fear."

Currently it's at 5 which which also qualifies as "extreme fear." But with no blood in the streets, who can really know? Although, in this stock market environment it won't take much good news to spark a rally.
