The foxes that visit the Fox Cam bait station are roughly the same size as the cats that circulate around the neighborhood. But built-in weaponry decidedly favors the cats.
Here we watch through the fog as a cat stares down Stumpy then takes over the food tray.
Stumpy paid us a rare daylight visit early Thursday morning. There's a nesting dugout nearby, and I suspect Stumpy may be the occupant of that little hovel.
