Should we know which utilities haven't complied with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission rules regarding protecting grids against cyber and other attacks?
Turns out the agency has received a number of FOIA requests for the names, so it's inviting public comments. If exposing the foot draggers in public will spur them to take the necessary actions to protect their power customers from the nightmare of a blackout resulting from sabotage, then do it.
