The fox and the cat had a tiff the other night. The camera snaps three shots then waits 10 seconds before snapping again. So often the still shots display a short sequence of events, like stop action video.
Anyway this scene developed the other evening. The fox approaches the food, Lil Gray leaps into the scene, chases the fox into the bushes, then returns to the food to eat.
Since then that night they've apparently worked out a truce.
